Terms and Conditions of booking

“We” means FlipSide. “Us” and “Our” shall be read accordingly. “You” means you or anybody who in our reasonable opinion is acting with your authority or permission. “Your” shall be read accordingly.

By booking tickets with us you are agreeing to and are bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Booking your ticket
Tickets for the venue are ‘general admission’ as seats are unnumbered.

Payment and security: We use Ticket Tailor for the online sales of tickets. Security and privacy information is available on the Ticket Tailor website here. We reserve the right to change our ticketing provider without notice.

Tickets may also be offered for sale by other means, at our discretion.

Ticket delivery
Once you have confirmed or paid for your order your name will be added to the audience list for the event; we do not send tickets in the post.

If you have booked your ticket online via Ticket Tailor you do not need to print tickets. However for speed of entry you may choose to do so as showing your ticket at the door is often quicker than giving your name.

No part of the event may be recorded or photographed using any device without permission.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.

Mobile phones, smart watches, hearing aids and other similar devices must be silenced – or put into a mode so that they do not disturb others – before the start of the event.

Access
If you have any concerns about accessing the venue, or wish to notify us of any special access requirements in advance of your visit, contact us via email info@flipsideuk.org

Security
Visitors are requested to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.

Conditions of sale
Each member of the audience must have proof of purchase of a ticket for the event they attend.

Holder of tickets for a half-day event will be asked to vacate the venue following the conclusion of each half of the day and must comply with such a request.

We reserve the right to make any alterations to an event rendered necessary by unavoidable causes. You will be contacted if there is a major change to an event.

Buying returns
We will operate a waiting list for sold-out events only. If any tickets are returned, the waiting list will be contacted in chronological order at our discretion.

Refunds, exchanges and the transfer of tickets
We will refund the full purchase price of the event ticket if we cancel or reschedule an event. You will be contacted if an event is cancelled.

In the event of a ticket holder advising us that they cannot attend the event at least 48 hours prior to its advertised start time, a refund of the amount paid will be made. A small administration cost (equal to the Ticket Tailor and other payment processing fees) may be deducted in these circumstances.

Timing of admission to events
We recommend that attendees arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of an event. Doors may be closed 5 minutes before the start of the event and we regret that late admission may not be possible.

Consent to filming and recording
By buying a ticket or attending an event, you give your consent to being filmed, audio recorded or photographed.
